Each of the three sides will be connected with screws through the inner tabs as shown in the picture.

1:5 CARD MODEL
Here i have experimented with card to create my stool in 1:5. Things i will look at changing are the curves in which the seat folds down to the side. The card created quite sharp 90degree edges where i might try a more curved edge with the metal. Also the inner folds on the base all seem to meet with the current design but i might try and either fold them up with the metal or make them shorter so it doesn't create an un-even base. Maybe will look into some sort of bracing for the inside.
Experimentation with construction concepts
Folding over the edge of each triangle with create a surface to connect each together.
Using a cross fold with allow greater strength within the design.
Folding each edge to create smooth surfaces as steel sheeting can be extremely sharp.
